This fringe is very good quality. It is well-woven and doesn't fray too badly. Pro-tip, before you cut, put a small piece of Scotch tape on the place you plan to cut to keep the ends from unraveling. It worked so well for me, I plan to buy more.

This looks really good and very high quality. The only issue is that if you need to cut it, then you must immediately sew up the cut ends, because the whole thing will begin to unravel in just moments. A few stitches held it together fine, but be ready. You can't work with it after cutting it until you secure it from unraveling somehow.
