Great for popcorn toppings, powder sugar dispensing, flour sifting, any type of seasoning really. Love they have storage caps on them as well.My only minor complaint is that some of the storage caps fit loose, others are virtually impossible to get off once the click on. Really minor, and once the tight ones are used a bit, they loosen up and are easier to manage.Overall crazy good value, given their limited use and metal build material, they'll likely last a lifetime.

EDIT: I'm increasing my Two Star Review to a Five Star. After posting my original review the seller reached out to me, expressed their concern with regard to my issue with the lid and offered me a full refund. To say I was shocked and impressed would be an understatement. Their customer service and rapid resolution of the problem was top tier and much appreciated.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Nice shakers and just the right size for dusting flour during my baking. However, one of the plastic lids does not snap onto the containers which makes one shaker useless for storage as it's not airtight and also a spill hazard. Hopefully both plastic lids will work for you.

Hard to get the lid on and off of each one of these. If the lid doesn’t screw on Correctly, then it’s challenging to get the plastic cover off

My husband thought it would be a great idea to have a shaker for our powdered sugar instead of plopping the bag on the table. They do look nice. I wrote the contents in sharpie on the side. My only complaint is that a piece of one of the lids broke off the first time I opened the container. Otherwise, it's easy to use and the price was good. I don't know if the size is big enough for powdered sugar, but it was perfect for the cinnamon sugar I placed in the other one.

The shakers are excellent using for powder sugar while baking! I gave me daughter one as a gift! They look sharp and very functional for the purpose I purchased them for!

CAUTION: Lids are extremely hard to remove --- both the plastic cover and the mesh lid which does NOT screw off easily. Thank heavens for my husband's hand strength as with a few heavy-handed pulls he removed the plastic cover and with a vigorous twist he managed to open the screened lid. Not looking forward to having to refill these. Very disappointed in these.

These shaker dusters are nice to have in order to make your drinks and pastries more special. Can be used with powdered sugar, cinnamon, and cocoa, and I can now enjoy a cup of coffee with a little extra kick. My partner also use it to dust flour when making tonkatsu or other fried dishes. It does help in easing prep and cleaning time in the kitchen. The fine sieve does its job well, and they do not deform when cleaning them. So far, no signs of any rusting on the product, which is a good sign.

Got this to out my spices in even though it says powdered sugar. The fine mesh screen releases a good amount for spices as well, not too much or anything. You can also pull off the lid and scoop sone up with a measuring spoon as well. The plastic lid is handy so I don’t have to worry about anything getting into it. The metal construction feels sturdy and the handle is comfy for my large hands. I recommend these and even plan to buy another set for more of my spices.

I have mixed feelings about these jars. They seem like ok shaker jars but I didn't like the one jar has a scratch across the bottom inside and another has two spots that look like tarnish on the outside. They are the size of a finger print, one on each side. I shouldn't have to polish a brand new jar. The one with the scratch had a dirty black mark inside but I was able to clean it. Did I get a used set or are there some quality control issues? From the packaging, I didn't think they looked used. The jars themselves work as advertised but they have a bit of a metal smell to them. For now, I don't leave them filled, I only put enough in them to use right away. The plastic lid was stuck on the mesh lid of one of the jars when I got it. I found you have to make sure the mesh lid is on tight before you put on the plastic lid. The mesh lid screws on, the plastic lid just pushes on. An odd thing is there was a paper with them that said: "This is set. Do not separate." They aren't children, why can't you separate them? It wasn't with each jar, it was with the set of four. I just thought that was bizarre.

These work perfectly for powdered sugar. They are easy to fill up. They're lightweight and so easy to use, just pop the lid off and it's ready. The lid stays on well, doesn't slip off, so it's really good for travel if you're going to a potluck or family dinner. Each canister fits a good amount of powdered sugar. These would be good for commercial use too. You can't beat the price.
