Really liked the final product. It's not perfect -- you can see where the heat was applied a little too long and made a slightly glossy rectangle on the hat -- but for the price, it looks really great. Excited to order more in the future with other logos. It was a custom logo I'd made on Canva. Just realize that you don't want much near the top 25% of the acceptable area -- the hat curves with your head towards the top and it's hard to read. The hat is pretty comfortable and seems to be decent quality. I think it took about 3 weeks to arrive. Overall extremely satisfied, as someone who wasn't expecting much.

I bought 2 hats. The hat itself is excellent quality with a good stiff brim, easy to tighten strap, and color was well saturated. The pictures and text chosen were good quality and look amazing! Shipping was pretty quick for a custom order and actually got them sooner than the projected delivery date.

Shipping is a bit slower than I like but when i finally received my hat I was surprised by the quality of it. My custom logo was awesome. Done so well the other academy instructors all now want them. Definitely recommend.

It's a good ball cap with a metal clasp on the back like the 1980s golf caps. It runs a tad small and would have been better with velcro back straps. The lettering is is what appears to be a felt-like lettering that is cut out from a template and then ironed on the front. It looks great now but I'm wondering how long it will last or if it will peel later on. Would have liked it to be embroidered but for the price, I'm ok with it. If you are buying for a kids ball team, it should do just fine if all you want is lettering. 100% Cotton and made in China. Expect a month to 5 weeks if not more for delivery. The tracking system worked for like a week then nothing. Then it showed up the day before they said I could ask for my money back.

First hat was green with black lettering. Thought it would be white lettering. Complained to seller and they replaced it with white lettering. Good hat. Adjustable. Lettering placed well on hat. Received each hat in 3 weeks. A goood buy for 6 bucks plus shipping. Choose your lettering color when you buy. Changed my 1 star to 5 stars. Now I might buy a shirt with custom lettering from seller.

Awww man, I love the lettering! BUT, in the search for a seller who would embroider the right kind of letters, I somehow ended up with the iron-on letters. Not too happy about that, the letters will rub off over time, I’ve had a hat like this before. If you’re ok with that then it might be the right cap for you, the rest of it is fine as far as quality, especially because the price is low. But it takes two months to get here from China, so be aware.
