I wasn’t aware when I ordered these that they were coming from China. I ordered them probably 7-10 days before Christmas hoping for delivery prior to the day. Once I saw they were coming from another country I was definitely worried but it ended up being totally unnecessary. They were sent out FAST and once they were, 3-4 days later they were here and WOW!I ordered three, one for each of our kids. They love them. I opened the box expecting them to be pretty fragile but the lettering is somehow covered in a layer of rubber like material that makes them seem really durable and does not affect the brightness of the lights at all! I’m really pleased with this because our teens can definitely get rowdy and break things easily but I expect these to hold up to even getting knocked off of a wall accidentally.They each came with their own plugs, hardware for hanging, as well as a chain if you want to go that route, and a dimmer switch. We got an icy blue with a white lightening bolt, a white with red lips and red with a yellow/orange flame. Every single one is just beautiful.These far and above exceeded our expectations and I am so happy with them. We even got a discount for ordering multiples! My husband was astounded when I told him how much they were. They look, feel… everything… like they should have cost way more than they did.I was only able to take pictures of them prior to wrapping them so the one posted is just laid on the box they came in, when I initially opened it and plugged one in to test it out. It doesn’t quite do it justice but they are incredible. I’ll see if I can update with new pictures once the kids get them hung up but if you’re on the fence, just do it! You’ll love it.

I was initially worried about some of the reviews and sizing, but I took a chance and am SO GLAD I DID! Very nice and brightens very brightly (optional) I love it!

Waited for this item to give for my daughter's birthday, we were actually excited to hang it up in her new room, but the last 2 letters do not light up. It was packaged pretty okay, so it looks like it didn't work since the factory/ warehouse. And then I came to request a refund and it's only been 1 day since delivery and it says they cannot give a refund on this item even though it's malfunctioning. Very frustrating and annoyed that now we're stuck with this item that doesn't even work properly and the company can't do anything about it.

We absolutely love it. Super bright colors are perfect. Love that there’s a dimmer. I wish I would’ve ordered the remote, but that’s on me. Just received it today came like 10 or 12 days early. Will definitely order more/again. The perfect gift.

When I turn on light, the color is amazing and cool as f! The adjuster makes it possible to turn brighter or darker. The quality seems great. The size is just right for my girlfriend’s studio. I think it’s my second time to shop in this store . I didn’t even realize it until I received this neon light. Anyway, as good service as always.

This is amazing! It is of great quality, it came earlier than expected, it is well packed, it comes with everything you need (read the instructions!), and it is easy to install (it comes with everything you need except the drill, of course). We bought a middle size, and this was the best price we could find on Amazon!
