I ordered the "thick linen dark grey" color, it has a subtle pattern and is beautiful. The dimensions fit perfectly on top of a sturdy hope chest that we use occasionally as a bench. We've just decorated and this cushion really makes the room looked pulled together. The material seems durable and the zipper worked flawlessly. I will say that the metal zipper tag does dangle down and show a bit, but allows for a decent hold/grasp. The bottomside material offers a nice grip when sitting on it. The stitching overall, but especially on top, looks professional. The foam insert expanded like it is supposed to and filled the material casing well. My only concern is the foam insert, it's hard to know how long it will hold up, but feels good now.

Was very surprised when the cushions arrived in a small box for 2, 5feet cushions. I opened the box and was happily pleased at the material, color and fit. These were for bench seats at a corner kitchen table. 1 1/2in thick, zippered covers with sturdy zipper and the non slip backing works great.

Custom ordered 1 inch smaller width and length. Turned out to be a perfect fit. Received in less than 2 weeks and good quality. Firm and comfortable.I would order again from this company.

This is easily the best purchase I've ever made. The cushions were the perfect size, and I love the color. Customer service was fantastic. We had to contact them, and work with them on the corner cushions. They responded quickly, and made them perfectly, and to the exact measurements, and we had the cushions in under 2 weeks. I recently had to wash a couple covers due to a spill. The liquid didn't go through to the cushion, and they washed up beautifully. I washed them on delicate, and hung to dry. The stitching held up, no shrinkage, and there were no stains. I would highly recommend the company and products. I would definitely order from them again. Thanks for the great cushions!

My seat cushion is exactly the color represented in the picture. It seems to be well-made, with a long zipper making the cushion cover washable (I guess, haven't washed it). The cushion arrives in vacuum sealed bags - one with the foam cushion, the other with the cover. You put the cushion into the cover and zip it up. The cushion seemed a little big for the cover, but I was able to stuff it in and get it zipped. The best things are that the cushion color is perfect and the measurements were spot on. Immediately after I ordered, I got an email asking me to double-check my measurements. I responded and the maker responded back. Nice communication. I assume the cushion and cover are manufactured in China based on the company name, communication, and length of shipping time. The amount of time to receive the cushion was between 2 and 3 weeks. I like the slip resistant backing a lot. I think, given the cushion was exactly what I ordered, it was a good value for the money. If ordering again, I would probably spend a little more and get a thicker inner cushion. I would also know to expect that I will be stuffing the cover myself.

I haven't written a review in several years but I had to make time to leave a review for this bay window custom ordered cushion. Where to start!? The size fit exactly to the measurements I requested to the T. My bay window was 84" x 25", which was large and paid around 160 due to a coupon available by the seller. The cover fabric is soft to the touch, the color looks how I imagined by the advertisement. The thickness is about 4" and love that it's like a firm mattress. The zipper from the cover looked and felt sturdy and well made. The cover fit perfectly to the cushion pad which is made by good quality foam. It is slip resistant as advertised. Man o man, am I impressed. It upgraded my bay window 10000% and I highly recommend it!

To say I was nervous about ordering a made to order item from Amazon is an understatement. This cushion looks amazing. It showed up earlier than the estimated date and is great quality for the price. I love that it zips off so that I can wash the cover and that it has a grippy bottom fabric to keep it in place. I read other reviews that's said to order 1in smaller than your overall length and so I followed their advice an I'm glad I did. It fits like a glove in my space. I did order the color linen and I expected the fabric to also have a linen texture to it, but it's more of a boucle. Not a deal breaker by any means, I probably should have read the specifics closer. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.

I’m thrilled with this purchase! Ordered a new cushion for a window seat, the brown color is perfect for the space - sort of speckled like a carpet, but much softer. Extremely impressed with the quality. No scent or “off-gassing.†Shipped quickly for a custom item. Recommend for sure.
