My X3 was on the selfie stick, fully extended, mounted to the hinge on the rear door of my van to film a roadbiking event. I absentmindedly forgot about it and shut the door, sending the camera to the pavement from about 12 feet up. The lens protector cracked, but no harm to the camera lens!I have replaced the broken lens protector with an Insta360 branded one I picked up at a discount, and honestly I can tell absolutely no difference between this one and the Insta360 one. The optical quality of the plastic seems the same and even the accessories look identical.Since I almost always use the camera in high risk situations, I never take off the lens guards. For those who care about absolute video quality, the guards definitely take away from the optics. Most obviously, when the sun hits at an odd angle, the glare can be pretty strong. That said, the video quality with the guard is far better than my ancient GoPro, and I rather protect the camera all the time.I do not see the need to change the stitching settings when these lenses are attached. In fact I found that the stitching is better when the compensation is turned off. Do your own experiments and figure out what settings work best for you.On a final note, I find the screen protector somewhat pointless. The camera screen is a bit curved so the adherence is not perfect. Also, since the lens sticks out far from the camera body, so unless you drop the camera on a bunch of rocks, the lens will "protect" the screen. Furthermore any time my camera gets wet, water seeps in between the screen protector and the screen, and takes a while to dry out. Regardless I have kept the screen protector on.

Easy to apply unfortunately the lens cover also easily scratched. The screen protector also breaks easily. I thought it would be more durable.

What's important to note up front is that this product caters to a very specific use-case, rather than the broad range of options provided by the X3 itself.If you are going to have the camera in a position where it is at risk of unexpected impact (motorcycle, bike, climbing, etc), these lens-guards are probably worth the far more noticeable stitching distortion lines. If you're going to be using the camera for lower-impact activates (hiking, casual video, swimming) these lens covers will not only not help, but will reduce the quality of video through both the aforementioned distortion lines and internal reflection off of dust that lands on the lens.Enabling the lens-protector toggle in the camera helps reduce the stitching issue, but does not eliminate it.While not quite trivial to install, the process is quick and easy. The included supplies appear to be good for covering for a failed install attempt. With that said they are NOT designed to be removed and re-attached more than once. Once they are pressed on, removing them will damage the adhesive rings.The screen cover appears to work as expected, and while it does reduce the touch response of the screen I consider that a fair tradeoff for the extra protection.Overall not bad, but consider your use-case carefully before purchasing. As for me, I'll be removing the lens covers but leaving the screen cover in place.[UPDATE]After posting the above review, Cynova responded offering a full no questions asked refund. I stand by the review above, but the review has been increased to four stars due to excellent customer service. If your use-case puts your camera in danger, give these a shot. As for me, I'll be playing it safe without them.

Firstly, item received was as advertised. Install was easy around the lenses. It must be noted that the only piece that is glass is the screen protectors. The lens protectors are plastic. Will see how the filming comes out and will update as needed.

You would think $20something gets you glass all around, but the quality of the lenses is very questionable, the install is tedious and won’t be perfect, and the stitch line is slightly worse than without, and there is no custom stitch value besides a toggle which basically reverses the obvious stitching direction. Buying this is the equivalent of buying a $130 screen protector for your large phone and you only have one try, no replacements. I already had the screen protector installed from another purchase that gave me the cheap/cheesy/flimsy silicone case. These screen protectors look no different. My first attempt at the screen protector peeled the entire bezel of adhesive off, so beware that the screen protector is NOT like any phone’s screen protector. It is really cheap in quality and will only adhere to the edges, leaving an obnoxious clicking and may or may not ever settle down to stop making noise. So far, my Insta experience is leading me to the utter horror of paying an absurd amount just in protection and a few accessories. For what I’ve spent so far on the Insta 360, I could have TWO GoPro Hero 11’s with the same/similar accessories I have now, or TWO Osmo Action 3’s with even more and better accessories. This expensive venture sure better pay out!

Lens kapağı güzel bir sıkıntı yok.Koruma kılıfını taktığımda ise 360 çekimlerdeki birleşim noktalarında bozulmalar farkettim. Kılıfı çıkarınca düzeliyor. Sanırım cihaz kılıfla birlikte çok az da olsa kalınlaştığı ve kılıf da kameranın kadrajına girdiği için birleşim noktalarında fark görünüyor. Yine de dış çekimlerde belki göz ardı edilebilir.Ekran korumayı ise yapıştırırken arkada toz kalmaması için dikkat etmek gerek.
