There’s not a whole lot to say about this product. It’s great, works as advertised. Makes changing strings and maintenance on your guitars easy and more enjoyable! Highly recommended as part of your guitar upkeep regiment. I did also get their string winder/cutter combo tool, that thing is amazing as well. (Side note: This purchase made me curious about their strings, I’ve always used Ernie Balls my whole career, so I switched to their 80/20 XLs I think (white package) for my acoustic and electric and they’re amazing!! I’ll never buy any other brand of strings). Back to the product, it’s foldable, lightweight and compact. Can be stored anywhere for easy convenience! What is nice is it adds a layer of protection and stability while you’re working on your axe. Ever tried doing this without a neck rest or block? Guitar starts sliding around, you’re trying to balance it on your lap or something. Strings flying around, sticks in your eye and now you need to go to the ER….well because you didn’t have a neck rest. BUY THIS!!

No more pillows. No more big blocks, taking up space when not in use. This thing is is perfect. It folds up to this size of a fat cigar, and holds the guitar neck at a great angle. Easy to clean, change strings, adjust the neck, pickups, you name it. Brilliant design .. get yourself one, you won't regret it.

I bought this a few days ago and I'm pretty happy I did so. It's made of a "no slip", rubbery substance that will "stick" to a flat surface, but won't mark up your guitar's neck. It does just what it says, it turns basically any flat surface into a guitar stand - tables, even a window sill. If you're like me and you watch videos on YouTube for some guitar tips, this is a great little item to pick up. You can put the guitar down for a second to type, rather than having to mess around with a guitar stand (which I also have, but since I have too many guitars, there is usally a guitar already on the stand). The advantage here is the guitar rest is small and doesnit get in the way/create a trip hazard when you put your guitar away. It's also got a nice little pocket for picks, which, again, if you're like me, they're pretty much everywhere and having another way to organize picks is a definite plus.

I like this better than the rubber Planet Waves guitar rest, which I also have. This one does a better job keeping your guitar from falling off to the side. Moving the body of the guitar slightly does not have a tendency to move the neck. In fact, the body of the guitar can sit slightly off to the side and still be held securely in place. I have mine attached to the lip of an end table next to the chair where I like to play. The screw clamp is small and not extremely heavy duty, but it is sturdy enough to resist being dislodged inadvertently. You should be able to attach the clamp to any lip with about 1/2-3/4" of material.The yoke where the neck of the guitar sits is rubber coated and should not mar the neck's finish. The prongs of the yoke have a tendency to pluck the strings a bit when you remove the guitar, so best mute your amp beforehand. The prongs close up tight enough that the guitar is not likely to fall out by accident.I will probably pick up another but I think it is a bit overpriced. 15-20 dollars would be more reasonable. Still, if it keeps you from breaking the neck of an expensive guitar, then no doubt the cost will be worthwhile.

This inexpensive thing is a wonderful invention! It is a well designed piece of rubber that allows you to rest your guitar neck against any angle surface like a table or maybe even your amp. It doesn’t slip and has a little area to keep xtra picks. It really is a very clever design that works extremely well. Highly recommended

This simple device has increased my studio workflow no end. It's so quick to stow your guitar safely so you can crack on with creating the recording you are committed to. It's also great at protecting the guitar from my curious dogs. Will try it out in a pup "session" soon. Well worth the money.
