I can't attest to how well they accept different kinds of paint, as I got these for laser engraving. But they are very nice quality, and have a good deep frame.

I love working this wood panels especially when I add more texture and oil paint. This panels are my favorite hands down because we can mount whatever we want on them on the other hand the wood smells amazingly!

I bought these to mount (and waxed for protection) some of my watercolor paintings. They are perfect to hang (without hardware) or sit on a display. Good quality, and seems pricy but only $5 each for this size. Will buy again.
