This was installed on my hot rod project that had a Dakota Digital Dash. It now allows me to see on the dash what gear it was in. The nice thing was the multiple mounting brackets and parts which came with it. The programing was actually easier than I expected.

Product didn't work right as I tried to program it so I disassembled it and found that the potentiometer with in the module were touching the case. I fixed the problem and reassembled it and it worked as advertised. Could have returned it but needed it to finish job quickly. Sent message to vendor and explained and they credited me back 25.00 for the trouble. Otherwise would have been 5 stars. Dakota digital products rock!!

Fast service, very complete kit, fits a variety of transmissions. Worked perfectly on my TH 700-R4 transmission to display on my Dakota Digital gauges in dash. Great product.

5 Stars except for the attachment of the link arm. The push on washer is extremely difficult to push on to the rod. The application does not address a 200-4R GM trans that is used in many applications for this unit. You must use the universal mount and carefully locate the plate. Works fine once installed and is a piece of cake to program.
