The first test run was a success. Purchased for the youngest of our crew to keep them busy on Christmas Eve. The description is accurate: it encourages active play, boosts coordination, builds confidence, and promotes fitness, ensuring joyful moments.We read the reviews before purchasing, and after getting the item, we learned that most of the reviews were for a different model of dance mat. We will see how it holds up to the parting of four young children, and if they really like the activity, we may purchase another matt with more features. I would like to have the controls separate as the 3yo kept changing the settings, aggravating the others.

My kids (4&7) absolutely love this. It’s not too hard but definitely encourages them to work on their motor skills. I like that it’s 8 directions instead of 4 and you can play it while it’s plugged in. Not having to rely on batteries or needing to wait for it to charge. It’s loud. The buttons are easy to step on. My only regret is not getting the 2 player. Excellent price for a quality toy. I wish the music would sync to the steps but the Bluetooth is easy to connect to and you can play any song the kids want to hear.

Bought this for my 5 year old granddaughter who absolutely loves it! The first one broke but was replaced immediately with no fuss.There are several modes from beginner, it is so much fun, my 3 year old grandson joins in!
