I added a 1950’s pink American Standard sink to my bathroom and it dripped/leaked. This and the one for the other side (you need different pieces for hot and cold) completely fixed it and took seconds to install.

Works. This stem is the older version with a washer. The newer ones have an all rubber end. Both work, but I like this because when it breaks you generally just have to replace the washer or the seat not the whole stem. So it's cheaper in the long run

If your faucet needs this cartridge then get a new faucet. Only lasts a few weeks and starts to leak again.
