Danko’s Customer Service is great and their products are very durable. I had to replace a very old shower knob because someone who was a visitor pulled too hard on it and it cracked underneath where the screw is. It was sooooo East to put on.

About every three weeks I have to retighten the set screw. I finally got sick of it and used some Loctite held tight for one use and then the plastic shattered.

This is a generic product, the design is similar to the original but not identical. The size is right, but this one has a rim joining the handle and the inside plate, thus create a gap between the handle and the housing, ie not tight fit. The plate is just snap in place, and it broke loose the first use. We have to glue it back on using super strong glue, and it does the job since then. Since this is a discontinued product, it is not easy to find the right parts, just wish the supplier would improve the quality and make it more durable.
