This whisk is fabulous for mixing doughs and batters. It has a sturdy handle and great when you don’t want to get out the electric mixer.it is very effective in mixing ingredients and cleaning is a breeze. Your hands never have to touch the dough.

Rarely in today's age are kitchen implements heirloom quality, so my expectations where reasonable when ordering this product to test.My primary experience with such a tool is a 40+ year old heirloom quality piece, so my opinion is based on that comparison.As a dough whisk, this item is totally as expected. The quality is upper mid-tier, and it functions as you would expect. I would prefer a handle without vanishing as raw wood provides better grip, and reduces fatigue. The wire portion of this whisk is substantial, but I'd prefer a slightly more robust gauge for added rigidity and better mixing (in my opinion). However, there's nothing wrong with this item in that respect. I'd also prefer a slightly larger and longer ferrule, but again, this one is sufficient.I guess the key word in this review is just that: "sufficient". It gets the job done, fairly well, at a reasonable price. It's not going to win any design or beauty contests, but it doesn't need to. At my age, this'll probably outlive me... and for the price, it seems worthy of your consideration. In that respect, I'm pleased with it, and will be using it regularly.

This dutch dough mixer in my opinion is a must have in your kitchen when making bread. It mixes everything in the bread dough with ease. It's lightweight and easy to handle. Totally recommend.
