Really fun embossing folder that is so perfect for birthdays or many other occasions. If you use white core cardstock...it looks great when you sand it with some standard sanding paper... after you emboss it, to give the images a little pop. You can also ink up the embossing folder before you put your paper in (A brayer works best for this, but you can also use a sponge....be sure to wipe off any ink that goes in bigger blank spots that you don't want ink) and then run it through your embossing machine (Like a big shot or cuttlebug). That will give you a great colored image. This is such a great set because you can use just the bottom part and use if for a graduation or a Christmas or other celebration. You can even emboss and then cut out some of the images from it to use on a card or scrapbook page. There is so much you can do with this embossing folder that I am sure it will quickly become one of my favorite embossing folders. This is a set I would highly recommend, especially if you do alot of cards for family and / or friends.

This embossing folder went through my Bira machine perfectly with all the standard settings. The gorgeous damask pattern was evenly embossed onto cardstock, and turned out looking so rich and pretty!Thank you for such a pretty folder, Darice!

I made a practice folder as I am just getting started with this crafting medium, meaning die cutting and using embossing folders to make cards. I thought my card turned out great. This folder makes a lovely snowflake design with crisp clear embossed snowflakes of various sizes. I think this embossing folder pattern would make great Christmas cards. I was just making a card that could be used as a birthday card, and the design in my opinion still works for that. I used this embossing folder with Recollections 65lb weight card stock which made a sturdy lovely card.

This is an OUTSTANDING embossing folder. First, the design is beautiful and elegant. This is definitely a statement piece. It embosses beautifully on 65 lb and 110 lb cardstock (haven't tried others). But what sends this embossing folder over the top is that the way it is designed, if you are careful, you can emboss a complete 8.5 x 11 inch sheet and connect the swirls -- without showing the overlap (takes a minor bit of finicky lining up). On just the first day of use, I have already used this embossing folder more than any other I own. The design works for any occasion or holiday. It is gorgeous!

I make and sell greeting cards to benefit our local libraries and I needed a decorative 5 x 7 inch embossing folder for my A7 greeting cards. This embossing folder adds a nice dimension to the background of my card faces. Please see customer image for an A7 (5" x 7") Birthday card I made using this folder (it works for both A2 and A7 cards.)I create the raised pattern on cardstock by running the cardstock and embossing folder through my Cuttlebug machine. I either leave the raised pattern uncolored or else dab Distress Ink on the card face to bring out the raised surface decoration.

The is is my first embossing folder and I love it! Used it in my Sissix Big Shot, worked great, beautiful embossing. Good value for the money. So pleased. Recommend.

I honestly just bought a few embossing folders assuming that I'd mostly use the Big Shot for cutting. I've been amazed at what embossing does and, in fact, my favorite things I've done so far have been done with this folder. Absolutely gorgeous, deep pattern. Using a die cut for hearts, I cut out dozens in plain white and cream and pink, but then thought about how plain they looked. I was able to fit several big ones in this sleeve at once and couldn't believe how beautiful they were when embossed. They're going to go from being a blah background to the centerpiece for the card. Love it!

Los copos de nieve quedan con un emboss muy nÃtido y también los circulitos. Perfecta para los proyectos navideños y al ser más grande de lo habitual se puede usar en proyectos mayores. Apta para Texture Boutique, cave justa pero funciona a la perfección.

Classeur d'embossage classique et efficace. Livraison rapide. Le motif est fort joli pour des arrières plans de carte classiques. Idéalement à utiliser sur papier humide, mais avec un peu de force fonctionne aussi sur papier sec pas trop épais.
