My review is actually about all sizes of this Dart World Top Spin Shafts. I bought a variety of sizes because I wasn't sure what I wanted plus wanted an assortment available for guests to choose from. The original shafts that came w/ my dart game were oddly built such that I kept busting a lot of flights when trying to insert them into the shaft. I have not busted a flight yet trying to insert in these shafts, and I find the flights don't jump out very often unlike my original shaft. The spinning part works very well and allows us to aim in places where a dart is already on the board. They are not completely indestructible, as I have bent one (unusable), but then I am not a great player :-) My husband likes the x-short size, and I like the medium, although also enjoyed the short length too. Note, get some dart o-rings to hold the shaft in, lest you'll be tightening the shaft to the body w/ each turn.

I really like these dart flight shafts as they deflect an incoming dart to where it can glide past and hit the board instead of most likely hitting the flight and getting redirected and not hit the board at all. These seem more durable than the others I have tried, but we will see. You have to try these and I feel you will agree that they make your game better. They sure did for me.

The shafts spin and grip the flights well. However, when swapping out flights, the shafts pull apart easily, then don’t go back together very well. This is a manufacturing issue. No problems with the seller.

I love these but more so than standard metal flight tails these have a tendency to loosen after every other throw… thankfully I have a pack of o-rings but in my opinion these spinning tails need o-rings w them.. they are amazing and create entire new feel to your throw.. handy for tight pattern throwing. I’d buy again and so far mine are lasting durable just fine but they need O rings included to keep them from loosening
