The belt was a good replacement for the old worn out belt. Did not replace the tensioner for lack of time but the new tensioner appears to be of excellent quality.

Direct fit on my 2008 Silverado 4.8L engine. The AC belt tensioner uses a 3/8 inch ratchet. Just take off two 15mm six point bolts, and put back on. The hardest part was taking off the main serpentine belt, which uses a 1/2 inch ratchet or breaker bar.
