I will admit I was somewhat skeptical of purchasing this product, but after reading the reviews (all but one were positive), I purchased it. The dash on myhusband's 2009 Chevy Silverado had a very large hole in the middle of it. The dash had split and he had removed the broken pieces. The box arrived within a few days. We took out the "skin" and placed it over his dash. The part fit like a glove and the color matched perfectly. The dashskin was relatively easy to install (he did use extra adhesive). His dash looks awesome. It was well worth the price I paid for it

I've had cracks in my dash for a while but it never bothered me. Then I installed a heavy 10" out dash display and my dash, the display, everything shook from the weight while driving.I bought jb weld but decided I didn't want it looking like it was just barely together so I looked into dash skins. So happy I landed with this product.Installation was a breeze if you follow the steps. Plenty of adhesive and fits like a glove.Tips:I added a ton of weight (mini pavers). But wish I would have weighted near the windshield. One corner isn't completely secured but I'll just add some adhesive and weigh it down.They recommend (extra credit) using something to press the front facing dash skin onto the existing dash. I wasn't going to but noticed it wasn't pressing in some spots. I cut some PVC and pressed them into the seat and the skin and next day the hold was perfect.No more dash movement and it looks phenomenal. Unfortunately, because it's a cover, over the glove box and secondary glove box there's an unavoidable lip/raise. That is the only place you'd be able to know it's a cover but it is darn close to being unnoticeable, even while knowing it's there.Very happy with this American made product for my (mostly) American made truck (09 Chevy Silverado).

you will need to trim out several edges, and find a way to hold it down tight until silicone drys. great look, wish the fit was better

I have only reviewed a couple of items, this one is worth the review. Easy to install and the dash looks like new. Buy extra silicone adhesive and you will be good.

Just like Title says it took me about 20 minutes by myself to install it and weigh it down. Let it sit overnight and looks amazing. Highly recommend getting this cover for your cracked dash.

If I can give this a "no star", I would. Don't buy this item or anything like it. It is designed to be glued on the existing dash. Problem is, it cover some hiding screws and bolts that is necessary to have access to if you or your mechanic ever have to do any type of dash work (HVAC, Blend door actuator and such). Your heater core will leak, your AC evaporator will go bad. It is not a matter of "if", it's a matter of "when" and when that happen, you will be screw.
