Winters are chilly where we live, and my husband's old cotton robe needed to be replaced--this robe is perfect! Very soft and keeps him nice and warm--good sized pockets, attached waist tie (so tie will never get lost!), deep hood and long length are all excellent. He's using it daily since it came, so I'm pretty sure he's keeping it! Very nice robe!

I always purchase 1/2 to 1 size Larger for robes, & this fits my 5' 8" 160 pound frame very well. The robe is quite long as it goes down to my ankles & I need to remember to lift it up when climbing stairs. However, the fabric is soft & quite warm. Warmer than an Insulated robe from LL Bean. Never had a Hood attached before & it is a welcome accessory which adds to the overall warmth. Let 's see how it holds up. I go through one per year. I always wash them before wearing. This one dried quickly on Normal Heat.

I purchased it to go to a hot springs vacation resort in January in California weather which is generally chilly with temperature in high 40's to low 50's. It is very cozy, heavy and fit me well. The reason I mention a resort is because I would pat dry myself with a towel and put the robe on and it did not get extremely wet. Note that material is not a towel type bath robe. I washed it once only and has not shown any shrinking or signs of defect.

I've been looking for this robe for awhile. Fits well, soft, just the right warm (my other one is for outside)Honestly, I wore it for a bit, and put it in the closet. Its a well-made and nice-looking robe. This one is very soft, while maintaining a stardard profile.
