Solid ski bag. Holds boots and 4 days of all my ski gear. Was able to pack it up and get the weight under 50 pounds so I didn’t pay extra when checking the bag.

Partner and I just took on first trip to Steamboat - couldn’t ask for more. Easily fit all of the following:x2 pairs of skis, boots, poles, glovesx2 of ea: shell jacket, shell pant, down jacketOnly thing we couldn’t figure out how to fit in were helmets - those went into our carry on roller bags. Highly recommend.

I can fit my 175 skis and my size 12 boots in it and that is all I needed. I don''t think I could fit a second set of skis due to my boot size, but if you have small feet you probably could.

This is going to work perfectly for two sets of skis and poles with other gear in their to pad it up a bit. If I was going solo, could fit my entire ski gear into this one bag!

I already have a pretty good ski bag, but looking at the radically different design of the Db bag, I had to give it a try. Upon loading two pairs of my widest skis (105 and 108mm underfoot) and a couple pairs of boots, I am sold on the Db design. My old ski bag is a Dakine roller bag, excellent as far as the conventional designs go, but it does sag when rolling it around at the airport, and I always have to pack a foam mattress topper to fill it out in order to minimize sagging. The Db however, is nice and rigid, even when it’s loaded with only the skis and boots. Best of all, I can roll it up into a compact package for storage; I can’t do that with my Dakine bag. These are some of the design features that makes the Db bag stand out: Rib Cage design keeps it from sagging in the cross-wise direction; roll-top design takes up unused space at the top end, again keeping it from sagging; rolls up small for storage; grab points everywhere- handles on ends and sides, and webbing ladders everywhere- useful for the user, and I have to believe that baggage handlers will be kinder to the bag if they are easier to handle, and tie points are always good for transport. The buckles are the steel hook type, with a spring latch. These will not get brittle and break like the typical plastic buckles. As far as size, the 127 liter holds two pairs of skis, two pairs of boots, helmet/goggles/gloves, ski pants and jacket, warm layers, and then some. I’m sure I can squeeze in avalanche rescue gear as well. The limitation will be the airline 50lb limit, not volume. In the photos, the skis are 171cm. There is about 25cm of length left over, so 195cm skis are about the longest that would fit. What’s missing? There are no rub strips on the underside near the wheels to help with stairs. My Dakine bag has these, and they help glide the bag along over steps, while keeping the fabric from getting abraded. The Db is made mostly of a Cordura type fabric, but there are side and front panels that appear to be upholstery vinyl. I worry that these panels will rip. For a premium bag with a premium price I don’t understand why they just didn’t go with Cordura throughout.Bottom line? I love this Db bag for its innovative, functional design. I look forward to flying with it on the next ski trip. Expensive, but if you are an avid skier who likes to travel, I recommend it.

I'm coming from a Burton wheelie gig bag which had soft roller wheels and a zip compartment on the top of the bag. As much as I was dreading switching I was really surprised by this bag. I purchased the 127L in Navy/ Blue Hour. The roll down top easily adjusted to my ROME board and gives it a little extra padding at the ends with the roll down and wheel area. The bag is pretty deep and I feel like I could fit at least two boards with bindings if I needed to. Instead I'll be putting my boots and other gear in with my board. The zippers accommodate TSA travel locks so random people don't go into your bag if you check it.Being able to roll the entire bag up when not in use helps when you have a cramped hotel room or cabin with multiple people. I also think they did a good job with the passing inside of the bag to protect your gear. I can't wait to see how this bag performs this season!

I purchased this bag 2 ski seasons ago and the quality is substandard, especially for the prices they charge. It quickly deteriorated as you can see from the photos below, even though I only ski about 4 times per year. Customer service was not helpful at all. I highly recommended you look elsewhere.

Yes, it's pricey. But if you're a serious snowboarder/skier and have expensive gear you want to protect while you travel, this is your bag.To call it "bag" is an understatement. This is a fortress. The external layer is a canvas-like fabric but thick & reinforced, then it's padded or insulated, and finally lined with waterproof/water resistant texture on the inside.I got the larger size because my partner and I wanted something that could carry both our gear... and it does! It hold 2 snowboards and our boots. It's so big, I could almost fit into it, fully stretched out.The plastic wheels make it super easy to transport, even for someone like me (5' 4").There's a detachable handle so you can adjust where is most comfortable for you to carry, pull, etc. And when you're not using it to store stuff, the bag rolls up so you can tuck it away.I love this bag. But am impressed by the design and quality even more. I'm a beginner snowboarder at best and this bag is waaay too pro for me, that's for sure. There's no doubt in my mind that this bag will last me a lifetime.
