Very easy to install if you have any mechanical aptitude and common sense it took me about 15 minutes to remove the old pump and install the new one. Hardest part was to figure out how to remove the water hoses but removing the blue clip and pushing in the hose and using a screw driver popped off the hose.

My primo dispenser stop working. The pump stop work. Ordered this pump. Fit great and worked better than the original pump.It changed out very easily but my old pump was hard wired. Cut the wires and splice them to the new pump. The new pump had a plug that had to be cut off to splice the connection.

I ordered as replacements for my 11 year old primo water dispenser. Works as good as new again. Very easy to install. Greatfull!

When I installed it, it worked for about a day! Then it quit. Too bad I had to cut the cables of the original device just to install it or I would have returned it. Now I have a useless water-cooler.

So my water dispenser stopped working I wasn’t sure if it was gonna be the pump becuz it was still making noise like if it was pumping but decided it’s better to spend the $30 than to buy a whole new one.Got it delivered really quick and replacing was easy the connector was exactly the same as the original one in the primo.Once replaced I checked it and works perfect now.The only thing was the bracket it comes with is a lil thick for the original screws and the screws provided where the wrong thread. I just shaved down the bracket since it’s made out of rubber it was easy so no complaints

This pump is a replacement for our Igloo brand water dispenser. Once installed, it works great and is fairly quiet. The flow rate is less than our previous one, but it does pretty good.The installation was the challenge. Unfortunately our water dispenser did not allow for a simple plug and play. We had to cut and solder wires, with very little room to do so. Thankfully it worked out OK, but took awhile.Still happy with the purchase so far. Hoping it lasts a long time.
