Easy to Use
This hydraulic power unit can be used directly with the controller (included) after connecting your cylinder with the oil pipe (not included) and connecting the 12V DC power supply (not included) according to the instructions. The interface type of the oil port is (9/16")SAE#6, and the suitable hydraulic oil viscosity range is 22-46mm²/s.
Double Acting Power Unit
This double-acting hydraulic pump must be used with a double-acting cylinder. The hydraulic pump will have an outlet and return port when controlling your cylinder up and down (for up: A2 for outlet and A1 for return; for down: A2 for return and A1 for outlet), so your cylinder must also have two ports to work.
One Force Lifts a Thousand Pounds
The hydraulic pump is equipped with a 12V DC motor (rated at 1.6KW) and a 10 quart/10 liter oil tank. The maximum pressure at the outlet can reach 3200PSI/22MPa with your double-acting cylinder can easily lift at least 5 tons of weight.

Placed this on my 2001 CHEV dump truck and put it to work right away. Installation was done by my friend, which takes a bit of know-how, dumps 2T fine. Tethered remote is helpful when dumping; When I overloaded it, it simply refused to dump the load BUT DIDN'T BREAK DOWN. Rebalanced the load and VOILA....kept right on working. Good product.

This unit did come complete with instructions but unit itself leaves a lot to be desired. First off, it’s important to note this unit doesn’t ground through mount, it requires an external ground wire run to the mount from the negative post for it to work. After wiring up unit and getting it to work, I found that the controller was wired backwards and the up button made the dump bed drop and the down button raised my dump bed. After solving that issue I ram the bed up only to have it bleed off immediately till the dump bed was resting on the frame. After pulling apart one of the selonoids I found that all of the orings and backers were installed improperly and ruined. I feel like the unit will work well once I replace all the orings and backers in the system. You shouldn’t have to do this on a new unit. Also, there isn’t a way to message the company for product support/partial refund which is frustrating. It’s a good buy for what you get but be prepared to do hydraulic troubleshooting to get it to work.

Installed this on my F-550 dump, works good, had 5 ton of stone in and hoist went up with ease.I had to get 2 new fittings at a local hose store , It comes with odd ball size fittings on the pump that your hoses hook up to.Easy install. about 20 minutes if you are good with wrenches.

Well having same issue as some of the others. No manual or instructions for hooking up. Electrical is pretty much the same as other pump assemblies, just a minor difference. It took me a bit to figure out how and where to attach 12 volt pos and the ground. The hydraulic connections were a pain in the butt. If your going to use for a dump trailer you're going to need to run to a hydraulic store to get this plumbed. Not the standard fittings for dump trailers. I had to take pump and old fittings to a Parker Store for help in getting plumbed. Some instructions would be extremely helpful! Definitely not a quick simple swap.Update: 4/06/2017 I have since installed and operated pump. If they decide to post/send Instructions that would help. I will update this post and rating. Had issue with dropping too fast under power and not holding in any up position. So I switched the hydraulic lines and it seemed to have solved the dropping issue. It is holding bed up now. Does raise dump bed smoothly but a bit slower than old pump. There might be a way to solve this, but without instructions who knows. It will get a lot of use quickly so if any issues I will update post again.

I just installed this in my F350. It seems to be pull its own weight so far. Everything on it feels cheap and flimsy. The so-called instruction manual that comes with it is a complete joke. Youtube wasn’t much help either. Perhaps, I’ll make a video about this particular unit. The jury is still out on this dump motor.

todo funciona bien .El defecto esta en el manual de instrucciones podria estar en español i los diagramas tienen la imagen distorsionada por lo que no se entiende nada si no eres un poco manitas puedes tener problemas para su instalacion
