We bought one of these very expensive units in 2022 and we have had it break twice before and now it is broken again. They replace the broken unit aboyt a year ago with a new unit. That unit is what broke now. When contacting DeLonghi about this broken product they said they cannot warranty it and they can only warranty the original unit which broke twice before we got this new one. Do not spend your money on any of their products as they don't stand behind them. This expensive of a unit should not have broken this many times in less than 2 years.

Love that I can make all my favorites. The dual water sytems allows you to have a pot brewing while making espresso on the other side At the same time. Easy to use, love the timer features, not found on similar sytems.Hands down the beat system for the moeny. I waited a bit to post to review durability and it has not disappointed. I use both sides several times a day. Will definitely purchase again and recommend to all coffee lovers lokking to replace Starbucks

Love everything about it, especially the ease of using the espresso and frother side. Only negative was the lip on the coffee pot was broken as well as the spout on the drip tray for the espresso side.

Item is fine for making a pot of coffee but for espresso making, which we had planned to use that daily, the until leaks into a tray every time its used and if you don't remember to dump it, it overflows and gets everywhere. Not the most ideal and we were definitely disappointed as its hard to find a unit that makes espresso AND a pot of coffee. Lots of units on the market have an espresso side and then K cups, but I am trying to get away from K Cups and just wanted a unit that also makes a pot of coffee for when we have company and more than a couple people want coffee. Oh well. This one is going back and we will continue to look .

I loved this coffee maker. The coffee was good, the expresso was great, I was very happy. After 3 months of nearly daily use, the coffee maker stopped working. The light comes on, but the machine does not make any coffee. The expresso side works.Now, I have a $300 paper weight.

Llego bien el paquete.Tuve problemas para que arrancará (qué tirara agua por primera vez). En las instrucciones dice que hay que usarla un par de veces sin cafe, para limpiar el sistema. Asà lo hice, solo que la bomba no echada el agua por el conductor de esspreso. Tuve que purgarlo manualmente para que funcionará.Una vez que la bomba echo el agua ha servido todo bien. También prepare café en la taza de goteo y todo bien.Hasta ahora feliz!!Veremos que tanto dura porque en su mayorÃa está echa de plástico aunque parece acero inoxidable no lo es.EL ESPRESSO ES MANUAL, botón para iniciar y picas botón para parar cuando tu quieras, no se para a los 25 o 30 seg sola.Haaa y es ruidosa preparando el espresso!!Pero en general fue una buena compra.
