Very Happy with the information I found about researching this product for my 1997 Camry 3.0L V6 (J-Vin) (meaning it was made in Japan: Tsutsumi, Japan to be exact). I took photos in hopes that it would help others remove their old Front Right Engine Torque Strut Mount and Install their new DEA A7239. Time will tell how good of a product this one is, as the Original I had lasted from when it was built (late '96) until July 18, 2024 when I finally replaced it!The Original Front Right Engine Torque Strut Mount lasted for almost 28yrs and for the low-mileage of only 176, 554 miles. Yes, my family has been the ONLY owner of this vehicle, in Southern California since late '96 early '97! The vehicle has traveled and lived ALL over the US... from the farthest West Coast (feet from the Pacific Ocean) in '96/97 until 2019, then Nevada (110+ temp desert), Mountains in Colorado (with snow), to the Plains in both Kansas and South Dakota (snow again) and back to High Sierra's in Nevada near Lake Tahoe (with snow again). This vehicle has seen it, been it and lived in it ALL! It has been very well-maintained by me and kept up. Of course, parts will eventually fail, but because of how it was made and how it was taken care of, it has lasted so incredibly well! Only time will tell how long this wonderful part will last. The ride has dramatically improved. There is no more "clicking" at times going over bumps, etc. All the shocks, springs and strut bars were also replaced before this part. The car rides so smooth! I hope this review with photos helps others. The internet is great. Research, research, research! Then purchase and get to fixing what needs to be fixed! Only a 14mm Socket and Ratchet are needed, but I added a little more just in case. The WD40 was used to "loosen up" the bolts. Each one came off easily the first time. I used a larger Breaker Bar for leverage. Don't over-tighten either. I set my Torque Wrench to 40lbs. The removal and installation took less than 3min! *yes* you read that right... a little LESS than 3min! Just loosen/remove 2 bolts! *EASY PEASY!* So far it has been perfect! Happy driving! :)

I installed this in my 1998 Lexus ES300 in under ten minutes. My old dog bone had completely deteriorated and I could feel the motor move whenever the transmission shifted.I originally thought my transmission was slipping, but after doing some research determined I needed to replace this engine mount. It is super cheap, easy to install and made an instanious impact in the way my car performed.I would definitely recommend buying it.

Good fit in my '97 Camry V6.Haynes manual quotes bolt torque @ 47 Ft-lbs which I feel is excessive, also having read of bolts shearing. Given bolt thread dia. is around 10 mm torque should be in order of 28-40 Ft-lbs, torqued mine to 30.
