As a plumber, that cares about my trade, I have always reamed my copper piping. I have seen too many examples of leaks that were caused by not reaming pipe properly during installation. It may be several years later, but it can wreak havoc on joints and couplings.I have always felt like the cheap plastic pipe reamers were a joke. I’ve even had them break while using them, causing slight injury. I believe some plumbers that are not reaming their pipe just haven’t owned a quality pipe reaming tool like this.

Really like this tool, I use it lot on stainless and aluminum. The blades hold up pretty well and the handle hasn't showed any signed of rusting.

The carrying case may not be necessary but it's the reason I chose this over other ones, either way very sturdy case and I like that it is an all metal handle with a knurled finish, the 10 extra blades will last me a lifetime, I wish that there was storage in the handle but it's not needed for me because I don't go through blades often

I'm very rough on things I only and use, from clothes to tools. Had to test it out first to do a review. Works great for school. So far, I have been using the same blade and it still sharp. Cut my finger on accident. Handle is comfortably.
