I ordered these as an April Fools gift for my kids at college. They come in a nice container to help keep the sizes sorted. In addition to the container of googly eyes, the vendor also included a separate bag of small eyes, and ALSO a bag of big 18mm eyes!!! It is easy to peel off the backs, and the stickiness seems just right for pranking - sticky enough to stay on, but easy enough to peel off. I am keeping the extra bag of small eyes for myself, and already our house is happier for it! They came really quickly (the earliest date in the delivery date range). Highly recommended!

I have ordered this twice, first time it said it was delivered but it wasn't. I think that's a fault on the USPS, so I ordered it again. The first package finally came about a week after it told me it was delivered to my house. There were some deformed eyes, but there are more than enough eyes in there to make up for the two or three messed up eyes. The teeny eyes are somewhat difficult to get the paper off, but it doesn't take more than 30 seconds or so compared to the 3 seconds of the normal eyes. I am glad for the range of eyes and am thankful for the bonus large eyes that were given due to the other reviews' complaints of the teeny eyes.

We're all aware of the fact that the news these days can be somewhat exasperating, and perhaps even depressing at times. Let's start a new trend "laughter ambush". Let's follow the example of the other reviewers who started putting googly eyes on things to surprise unsuspecting co-workers, friends and family. I have even become quite adept at putting eyes on things in public places. No harm done, they can easily be pulled off.Since there may not be time to stand and pull the backing off the eyes, I use velcro dots to get them prepared. (Sold on Amazon). All I have to do is remove one piece of plastic to stick them on things. I use the large eyes for a better effect. I was alone in the post office yesterday and took advantage of the situation when the clerk went to get my package. I put two eyes on his package scanner, and left before he discovered them. I watched from the window and really enjoyed his reaction. Again, the eyes can be easily removed if desired.Since I am generally considered a conservative, quiet type, no one would suspect that I am the one who pulled the prank. That makes this whole idea even better! Good luck, and have fun! Before I realized the paper backing came off, I used a drop of glue, or my glue gun, and the velcro dots (sometimes cut in quarters) to attach the eyes to my craft projects. I even pulled the white backing off the eyes to glue the black spots where I wanted them, to create cross eyes, or eyes looking somewhere besides the center. (Yes, I'm retired and have a lot of time on my hands). The backing is pretty easy to pull off on most sizes, except the very tiny ones. As for the box, well, it does let the sizes get a bit mixed up, but I don't care. I sometimes put different sizes on things just to look even funnier. This is a very generous seller. He included two extra bags of eyes in our order! You get a tremendous assortment and amount of googly eyes for the money with this seller. Fast shipping too! You will become quite obsessed with these great googly eyes, I'm sure of that!

These googly eyes are fantastic! I love the small sizes, though I guess many reviewers have expressed dismay at how small these eyes are, because the company thoughtfully included a package of larger eyes as a gift. How sweet! Even the smallest eyes will have their uses (random acts of eyes in my daily life, I keep some in my wallet and purse at all times). I didn't find the tiny eyes difficult to use; the adhesive tape backing came off easily and they stuck to every thing I had in arms reach from my desk. The container is great too, keeps all the sizes separated. Most excellent eyes! I would definitely recommend them.

One day I was looking at my deadbolt in my living room and thought, "That sort of looks like a face." Then I realized my kid would get a kick out of it if I put eyes on it. Then I started thinking about other random objects I could put eyes on. That was my reason for buying these eyes, and thus far I have only thing I have used them for (i.e., no crafts or anything specific). I looked in advance at the sizes, which are specified in the listing. I knew some would be tiny (because it says so in the listing), but that was no big deal particularly for the price for these 700 pieces. The adhesive backing is easy to deal with once you get used to it. I have no nails, but I was able to get the backing off pretty easily. The trick is to grab at the edge and just sort of force it. The full backing has not, at this point, come off from the eye itself. Even the tiniest eyes are pretty easy to manipulate. The adhesive is certainly far from permanent, but it does the job. It does better on some surfaces (e.g., metal) than others (e.g., plastic), although I would be lying if I said I made some sort of serious attempt to experiment. Like I said, I just wanted to put them on random things. My daughter says it is like an egg hunt because she notices them here or there. On occasion we also find one or two on the ground, so they definitely fall off. They come in a container that is a bit deceptive in the picture, only because it is so full that it is hard to keep them sorted. They also can spill a bit if you are not careful. I don't have a huge issue with that to be honest, but some might. I suppose if that is an issue, it would be easy enough to just move most of them Ziploc bags immediately after opening. It doesn't have any impact on my overall perception of these, but if you get upset when things are not in perfect order, this might matter.I think that someone looking to buy these should read the sizes carefully. The smallest ones are really, really tiny. They are usable, but they are tiny. Consider that the smallest size is somewhere between the tip of a crayon and a pencil eraser in size--they are tiny, but they work. I am bringing them to work, next, but I will never take credit for them."Someone is putting eyes on staplers.""I know," I will say, "It is just so weird."
