Took about 2 hours for me to install but I take my time and measure twice, cut once. Instructions could be more clear as there was no description of what the short length of large diameter hose was for. I used it to connect the aluminum tee to the steel filler neck rather than cut the factory hose twice. The factory hose had some age on it and was much more stiff so this made that part of the installation easier. I did have a little leakage from my factory truck tank after about a week or two - I assume from the vent, so I installed a solenoid valve that only opens when the ignition is on so I don't have to worry about losing much fuel if it leaks again - so far it has not. I think I only lost a couple cups of fuel the one time it did leak. Nice to be able to shop for the best fuel prices as I travel alot.

Good product but it is only for diesel engines. It DOES NOT fit on a 2017 F250 6.2L V8 gas engine. It is too big...

Perfect fit on a 2013 F-350. Seems expensive for what you get, but it includes everything you need. Very easy to install, had it done in less than an hour. Additionally, the vent on top of the Ford fuel tank was clogged, causing the fuel tank to develop vacuum and collapse (common issue on these Fords) and the only solution is to replace the fuel tank because the vent is part of the tank. However, this auxiliary fuel tank adapter allows the factory fuel tank to vent through the auxiliary fuel tank, which has solved my collapsing fuel tank problem. Win win.

Works as expected and installed easily. I made a mark on the underside of the pipe so I could tell when I had it installed correctly. The flow rate was higher than I expected. It takes some getting used to adjusting the valve while driving to get the proper flow rate, taking into consideration; what you're pulling and driving conditions.

I could not get a definitive answer if this would fit my 2020 Duramax, worked fine. Seems kind of expensive for what you get. Fairly simple installation, makes me a little anxious cutting fuel lines on a brand new truck and drilling holes in the bed. It all worked out great.

Works very well. Installed in my 2012 F250. I was worried about overfilling the main tank, but it appears to stop flowing once the main tank is full. I added an inline filter. I usually turn on transfer once the tank gets to 1/2. With interstate driving and a 5th wheel it keeps up with consumption and probably adds an extra gallon every hour or so.

This does not include a check valve. It has a rollover valve instead which are two completely different things. The rollover valve stops fuel from flowing if the vehicle is upside down after an accident, and I wouldn't even trust this to do that.Deezee description says this kit will keep your main fuel tank full, but that is a lie. First you need to purchase an on/off valve seperately and turn the valve on when you want to gravity fill your main tank which by the way can take an hour or more because the line is so small. Than turn the valve off when you are done. If you leave valve on, it will eventually overflow or trigger your engine light depending on vehicle. Either way, this kit is not what Dee Zee claims it is on amazon. It's a complete sham.

Worked perfect for what I was wanting to do. Used the kit with a small transfer pump to speed up the process. Everything needed was in the kit.

This is a good product. It installs relative easily and Dee Zee has a video on YouTube to walk you through it. One word of caution. Be sure to install this kit prior to fully securing the auxiliary tank to the truck be as space is limited, The auxiliary tank I installed on my truck has more fuel capacity then the actual fuel tanks on my truck. This kit has a built in check valve to prevent over filling which is a nice feature to have. The rate of transfer between tanks with this installation is quite slow, over two hours to transfer about 100 liters. .

Have been using this product for about 8 months now. No spills. works very well. You have to make sure to clean collar well due to metal shavings prior to installing. Other then that it's all good.
