I was looking for a compact easy to use fryer to fry whole snapper in. I didn’t want those fryers with a basket on anything tha took up space on my counter. This pan works perfectly. My fish came out fried to perfection, crispy, fluffy inside. I loved the thermometer that showed me the oil temperature. It helped so much in achieving the desired result. The pan fits nicely in my cabinet with my other pans. Clean up was easy. I just put the oil in my oil bucket and washed this fryer with soap and water. I don’t use the dishwasher. It’s too much trouble….my opinion.😊

Wanted to fry some stuff and got this. I was impressed with the pot and the frying it did on my induction stove top. It also cleaned easily and didn't leave a nasty stain on the pot which is what I was afraid of. Overall, great quality and will be used for other deep boiling type things too.

Works as described and the first time I used it the food was perfect! Second time, was a disaster! Unknowingly, water had collected in the oil from prior food (breaded cauliflower) and began popping like mad and was unusable. Pot isn't deep so watch for those splatters. My fault for assuming oil was fine. You will go through lots of oil with this. Fry oil should be reusable up to a point. Before reusing oil from prior use check for and remove water with a baster, otherwise empty and use new oil.

Excellent product. So far we have homemade fried taters/fried pies/French fries/shrimp/mushrooms/okra and the list is endless.Pay attention to sizes available. We bought this one and works on our electric cook top great. Food for family of 4 size.

Am sorry Amazon may ban me after writing this review but I don’t care. They are getting out of control with the cheap and miss information of product quality on their sites. This is the cheapest made cook wear I have ever gotten. The pan pot or what ever you wish to call it. They already got mad at me for write the truth about another product in the pass. They really need to go back to quality control. If the sell report me or Amazon ban me I don’t care. I am very disappointed.
