I am a hobby resin crafter, and this was my first time with using deep pour and thicker molds. I was using this for my wedding flowers so the stakes were relatively high. This resin was perfect for what I was doing. If anyone is also trying to preserve flowers, here were my findings: There were no actual instructions on mixing besides the ratio, but I followed regular resin instructions. I stirred for about 5 min when mixing (sometimes a bit longer if there were still swirls) and poured into a new cup before actually pouring into the mold. I did 4 layers (about 1/2 inch thick each). The resin didn’t get hot in the cup like other resins I have worked with so I imagine I actually could have poured deeper without damaging the flowers, but better to be safe. I waited 8 hours between layers (this was in winter). I found that the 4-6 hours they recommended was too early and the previous layer was still not set. However more than 8 and I ended up with a small line on the final product (which isn’t the worst, but I tried to avoid). I found that this resin had fewer bubbles than others I had used. On the top layer there always were lots of little bubbles, but a heat gun got rid of most of them and over time they went away. Highly recommend this for dried flower projects!

If your ratio is 100% correct the cure time for a deep pour of 2†should only take like 3-5 days to harden. Overall it’s the best epoxy I’ve bought with low bubbles and best cure.

Was cheaper than other alternatives and worked well for most of my woodworking projects. Only complaint is that I followed the instructions and had some bubbles form and was throughout the layers, so was unable to sand some of them out. Overall decent quality with mostly clear results, did really well with accepting pigment and had good appearance.

I used this to make a couple of crystals and it came out really clear. You have more curing time with this expiry so have more time to clear any bubbles. I will definitely be billing this again for any deep pours.

No bubbles, did not even have to use pressure pot. Takes at least 5 days to fully harden.A thin (1/4") slab was still flexible if you put a lot of pressure on it even after 7 days but a 3/4" thick pen blank was pretty hard after 4 days but still not fully hardened. You can tell from the sound it make when striking two pieces one against the other.Instructions direct you to measure quantities by volume. I think this is prone to errors and that is why people sometimes complain it did not work for them. You can easily miss one ml when you measure small quantity in the supplied container, so if you mixed one ml extra from A with one ml short from B you end up with a bad mix (if small quantities)To avoid this, I converted a precise volume of each part to weights and I wrote it down. For this specific brand a 100ml of part A weigh 118 grams and 100ml of part B weigh 102.3 grams. Now I measure the volume I need using digital scales and it is a lot more accurate. For other brands you must find out the weights using the method above.

I've tried quite a few different epoxy brands and can say this one is the best. Easy to measure, mix, stir, everything about this epoxy is fabulous. Doesn't matter if you're making jewelry, coasters, trays, table tops, it's great for all molds and depths. There was a slight smell and I mean very slight but it wasn't bad. Everything I've made has came out beautifully. I haven't seen any smoking either. After thoroughly mixed you've got plenty of time to mix all your colors for projects that require multiple colors and layers. I made a large pyramid with 8 layers and only had to wait around 8 hours to add the next layer. I'm definitely buying more but this time I'm buying the 3 gallon size , it's the best epoxy I've used, I'm super impressed and happy with it.

This epoxy takes forever to cure I know it is 68 degrees Fahrenheit in my shop but it has taken 8 days to harden up it stayed a liquid for 3 days and then was gummy for 3 more days my shop was stoped for all that time and while it was gummy I thought I could move it out of the way some to do another work and didn’t keep the form level and it shifted so then I had to re pour to level it out and spent another 8 days stuck then to to make things worse I was trying to swirl other colors through the main color and it all just bled together
