Absolute wonderful customer service!!! Collars were excellent quality and the engraved silicone name plates are very nicely done. These collars exceeded my expectations and the price is unbeatable. I highly recommend the collars and the seller. They are quick to respond and more than happy to help if there is a problem or question!!!

Finally received my collar after a long delay with USPS. USPS as a carrier conducts lousy management of its packaging service and should just stick with standard USPS letter mail delivery service. All vendors should be instructed to utilize other means of carrier consideration and selection. Other than the shipping, collar is the best overall for the price and is very well constructed.

This collar is very well made. The pet ID is easily visible. The collar has a “comfort†padding that is well liked by my dog. The reflective aspect makes this collar a “go-to†for my pet

So pretty and just what she needed. I only dinged one star because I feel like the hardware should be smaller for my small dog. The clasp is quite large. Maybe next time I’ll look for a cat collar to fit her dainty little neck.

It took forever to get to us and it literally took my furbaby less than 5 minutes to chew the tag off and start chewing on the collar. The collar is not well made and the tag that contains your animals name is not well made or sewn on the collar. I would suggest buying a collar of your choice from your local pet store and purchasing one of the engraved tags. This collar is not worth the money spent.
