First one I purchased was obviously damaged. The company reached out to me and replaced it and even upgraded my purchase to 2 ropes. The new ones are the orange ones and they are very strong. It has metal rings which I like making it even more durable. Initially I was frustrated with the first rope that cameIn but the company had amazing customer service and stayed in contact even after the replacement item had been delivered. Overall very satisfied with this purchase. If I had used these to drag a deer I would rate it a 5 star, but for now I give it 4.5 stars. Great purchase and great customer service. I’ll update my rating after I actually use them in the field

The picture made it seem larger/longer than it is. Yes, I read the description but I am a visual person and did not 100% comprehend that it would be so small (especially the handle). A tad bit disappointed but not time to return and order something else as I need this for Dec 6th, St. Nickolas Day.
