My friend spent hundreds on a sight for his bow. I went for this. He has the ability to make very fine adjustments. This one is less convenient but it works. I love its simplicity. I typically shoot 72 arrows a day, everyday. It’s fun. I have three bows. One cost $85. Another one between the riser, limbs and sight cost over $600. Guess which one is more fun!.? Fortunately my buddy bought the expensive one for me. So beginners or even intermediate shooters this is a rock-solid sight for peanuts compared to the fancy one.

I have no use for the sight itself, but was happy to finally find something to accommodate my clicker and other accessories.

For what this is … it works. A basic no-frills sight at a decent price. Good for getting used to archery. But for serious target work … you would want a sight with finer adjustments, click dials and fiberlight is alway nice.I appreciate you taking the time to read this. All in all, a good price if you are looking for a starter sight. However, I always found that these types of sights frustrated me more than anything else. As you are adjusting via a hex screw for vertical trajectory. Tuning can also be difficult for walk back distance. Hope this information was helpful. [4 Stars]

I love my Samick Sage takedown bow, but in the last few years due to my cancer treatment I've had so many changes to my vision, that I'm never sure when I will or won't need my glasses. That's where the DeeRace Recurve Bow Sight, has been a game-changer in improving my aim regardless of what my vision is like on a given day. The bow sight itself is made of cast aluminum so it is lightweight and easy to use. The included hardware makes installation a breeze; like it was designed for the bushings on my Samick Sage, and it doesn't make taking down the bow any more difficult. The red dot on the optical fiber pin sight is easy to see and adjusts just as easily. The reference marks elevation side are so helpful for tracking any adjustments you make; super helpful and gives you a starting reference point for aiming.The Bottom Line: So far the DeeRace Archery Recurve Bow Sight has improved my accuracy, and aluminum construction means it will las for years; well worth the $21.99.

I am newer to recurve bows and I have not been able to get used to shooting without a sight like I had on a compound. This helps so much! I have installed it without a corresponding peep on the string. I want to be able to build consistency in where I place this sight without having to rely on a rear.The sight itself is very well made and easy to use. It comes with all the hardware and tools that you will need to install it. It fit perfectly into the bushings that came on my Samick Sage. It is reversible for lefties too, which is great for me. The sight is easy to see and simple to adjust. The reference markers for the elevation side are really helpful for keeping track of your adjustments.This is a great option for creating a reference point for aiming!

The countersink was too deep to tighten the screws to the riser.
