I was a spider queen for halloween this year and used this guy to follow me around as I walked. Everyone loved him and I actually won 2nd place at my job's costume contest lolI will say, it is very loud. I put tape on the speaker underneath to muffle the noise, but it was still pretty loud. Its also a little difficult to get it to walk in a straight line, but I doubt people were using this like I was lol. If you're using it as a fun toy for your kid, it moves fine. Other than that, it was very cool looking and freaked a lot of people out. I think it's adorable and now that spooky season is over, my niece plays with it!

My great grandson is obsessed with spiders and absolutely loves this guy!!! It goes in different directions, the laser eyes are cool. Kept a four year old occupied for hours.

This spider sets up quick and has a little water reservoir on the bottom side of the mouth. It is a cool little spider, but I think the music is a bit much for a remote control spider. The remote seemed to have a lag or get "Stuck" while using it. Sometimes if you let go of the forward or backwards button it would keep going in the direction it was instead of stopping. Also, it would sometimes not go forward or backwards when pressing the button either. This works best on a low carpet or rug, but works okay on wood floors, and not at all on thick carpet or rugs.Overall it works and my son loves it so thats all that matters, but don't think that this will be some funny thing to use to scare people...it is much too noisy and flashy lights to do that.

Ordered for grandson for Christmas. He loves it! It is a little loud . Wish it had a volume button. If it did , we couldn’t locate it. Has a cool feature where “steam†comes out of its eyes.

So you have someone you really don't like? And they have a kid? This is the gift for just that! The ice cream trunk off key noises that come from this spider will both mystify and annoy the person you get it for. It's large enough to be a fun toy but the noise level is so loud you will think it's got to have a volume button but it doesn't. So another check box on great gift to annoy your enemies. I wish I could say we like... But we don't... My 5yr old loves and wants to play the horrible noises all the time. So here I am searching on Amazon ear plugs. Well played Amazon, well played.

The spider was very big. I was surprised I would definitely buy again if you’re not sure what to get it eight year-old he seemed to really like it.

This is so frustrating, I was able to get it started twice by removing the batteries and then replacing them. Now even that doesn't work. I am so upset because the child had been so excited. Now it's completely stopped working. Way to much money for maybe 10 minutes of play.

Bigger than I thought it would be, the tunes and growling are a little loud, but it’s good quality, races around the floor and does what it was purchased for, to scare the grandchild
