Handily converts 3.5mm jack microphones to XLR. I use with deity v-mic d3 pro and deity smart lav. Just have to make sure you have phantom power switched on on the recorder and it works fine.

I never got this to work. There is a slight possibility it's a compatibility issue with the Rodecaster Pro, but the Rodecaster Pro provides the exact phantom power that Deity claims this device needs. Unfortunately, their support just responds with broad, somewhat unhelpful things like "could be compatible issue". The specifications say this will work with 48V phantom power. The Rodecaster Pro provides that, yet it doesn't work. Anyway, just know that you're gambling if you order this. I don't think my experience is unique judging by the other reviews here and elsewhere.
