The laptop works perfectly and looks great. It even came with the power cord. Some more expensive versions don’t. This was an extremely great value and I’m so happy I purchased refurbished.

I got this to use for a small business, but as a Chromebook it can't handle 3D modeling software for 3D printing. I thought okay, typical nonsense with a Chromebook, I might need to replace the entire operating system to get it to do what I want. In the meantime I decided to try hooking up some of my crypto investing apps to try working on that stuff till I can get a thumb drive large enough to support replacing the entire OS. However even though this thing is less than 10 years old Google says it no longer supports this Chromebook or the version of Chrome that's on it and as such none of the crypto apps will work with it! This thing is a piece of junk! At this point I'm not sure if I want to replace the entire OS with a Linux based OS or just get a completely new computer. Don't waste your money! This thing is not worth it!

Has one key that you really have to press harder and one small scratch I can barely see on the screen. Hooks up right away to WiFi and no problems logging in or setting up!

Bought refurbished as a last minute gift for our son he loves it and we use it for homeschooling too great quality and price best around. Battery life seems great too.

I needed just a simple lap top to login quickly, check mail, shop Amazon, and to do just simple little things and did not want to spend an obscene amount of money. We also have an Apple computer, so I was just looking for something simple to maybe travel with when I don't need to bring my other computer. I ordered this one and it DID NOT disappoint. I find myself using this computer sometimes even more than my Apple. SO easy to navigate, set up, and have not had one issue with it. Absolutely recommend really for anything. I am not sure what this computer cannot do, because it has done everything I needed it for. Happy customer.

Product came without proper charger, a USB-C, and was left on. This Dell adapter is for other sorts of laptops and not a Chromebook. Upon charging the laptop with one of my own cables it turned itself on.

I got this Chromebook for my classes as my old one broke and this is a very good chromebook it came very clean no imperfection and runs very good idk if this will apply to other people because of some of they're reviews but I give this a five star and also because of the price

I was a little surpised when I powered on the Dell chromebook. I expected it would be sup-par, but was really impressed with how well it works, no problems with it yet. The refurb was clean and very little apparent wear on the key board or damage to the case.It was a really good deal for a $100.12 CAD!.So far it's working fine.

I was looking for a mini laptop just to do basic stuff and be able to transport easily. I came across this chromebook in the refurb section and took a chance. It is amazing! Exactly what I needed and it was so easy to set up & tether to my mobile data. Battery keeps a charge for days (unless of course you are using it constantly) but charging is fast. I love it and would recommend it 100%. Looks great too!

Firstly, the chromebook I received has less ports than the images on the Amazon page. On the Amazon page each side of the chromebook has 1 x USB port and 1 x USB-C port, for a total of 4 ports. On the chrome book I received only one side has ports, for a total of 2 ports.Secondly, the keyboard was filthy. It didn't go through a basic cleaning process, so my first experience with the device was scrapping gunk off the keys. This wasn't even regular grey/brown finger keyboard gunk either, it was orangey-red. The only time I've seen gunk like this was when I drank too much wine in university and puked everywhere and it was somewhat dry the next morning. Pehaps that's even what happened to this chromebook.On a possibly related note to the filthy keyboard, the '8' key does not reliably work. It needs to be pressed very hard for the pressing of the key to register. It is possible other keys have this issue, I've only noticed the one so far.There is also a crack in the frame above the tracking pad. If everything else was okay, I wouldn't let this get to me, but a crack in the frame is more than the 'superficial' imperfections that were advertised.I would be returning this unit immediately, but I need a laptop in a couple days for work. It does seem like it would be a decent unit if it were new or atleast didn't have keyboard issues.What I received was clearly not what was advertised.

Delivered on time and performs well but from 2021 so it is a fair value but not a great value. Dell is a good make with a good rating for the model.
