I was skeptical at the price point and an All-in-One (AIO) as my past experience was 50/50.I purchased an additional 16gb and found a video on the installation instructions - took less than 10 minutes even watching the video.Starts up very quickly and is very responsive.The keyboard is a bit flimsy, but works well.Family loves it.Screen is beautiful - crisp, great colors, large.

This DELL Inspiron All-in-One must be the best computer on the globe. I have the 23 inch monitor with the built in computer and sound. No speakers needed, plus the cordless mouse and keyboard make for less cords in the electrical switch. The speed and overall quality is breathtaking over my old DELL of 16 years. Outstanding buy!!

The monitor has good eye level height. It is very compact taking minimal desk space. So far very responsive. It was a good buy for me.

Set up was easy and it has a great internet connection. Colors are vibrant and overall, I am extremely impressed with this computer. Takes up little space. The only thing I changed was the keyboard because I wanted the same keyboard that I use in my office.

This is the WORST purchase I have ever made. I am housebound, so the computer is my daily enjoyment. My husband, who has a very good understanding of computers, took the time to dismantle our old computer and correctly installed our new one. We both spent an extremely frustrating day trying to download several applications and games. The new computer would not cooperate, so my husband had to reinstall our old one . at least I can continue to use it. Tomorrow the new one is going to a computer specialist. I can only pray he can make sense of it.

I am not a computer geek. So I had to Google instructions on how to turn it on and off. I'm a senior citizen and my last computer (10 years old) had complete diagrams. Once I figured it out, it is fine

The wireless keyboard was missing its dongle so it could not work. I am using a borrowed keyboard. The company wouldn't send a replacement keyboard if I just returned the defective keyboard in its own box. I was horrified to learn that I would have to drag the entire heavy computer package to the post office that was shipped in a pair of very large, double boxes, wait for the computer to be refunded and then the reorder simply to replace a missing 1/2" dongle. Instead, a family member has offered to spend the $31 it will cost to buy me a new keyboard (which I was adamant I would not spend) so I don't have to bother with the transport hassle. If the offer hadn't been made, I was mad and disappointed enough to return the computer and then order a computer from someone else but I have light sensitive eyes and want the ComfortView screen. I initially gave this computer 3 stars. The computer itself runs well enough, other than there being an extremely long pause sometimes, such as when booting or when loading a document from a memory stick, long enough to think the computer isn't working, so that's a new adjustment. I subtracted a star for this. Would I buy again? No. Because of the impractical customer service policy, I would buy a different brand from a different seller.
