This desktop is heads and shoulders above my decade old PC. I bought the 32 gigabyte of internal memory and one terrabyte SSD model. It's nice to have a system with more resources than I need. I believe the PC can be expanded to 64gig of internal memory. Mine is using one slot.It comes with Windows 11 Pro. Setup is easy, although, some people might not want a Microsoft account, so a local account can be created initially or added to an existing Microsoft account.The computer is small, but has both USB 2 and 3 ports. It also has an HDMI and video ports. I bought a cable adaptor for DVI to video port. Of works.Excellent machine.

This workstation PC is an absolute behemoth of productivity. It loads virtually instantaneously, the boot sequence takes seconds, and programs and applications load right away so there's no waiting around to be able to access email or documents. Programs that used to take minutes to load now take seconds. The only thing I'd be able to criticize is the lack of USB-C ports, but that's more of a luxury feature than a necessity in my opinion.I had to adapt the Display port to another HDMI, but I'm VERY ,happy regardless.

The Supplier got back to me quickly through Amazon and have supplied an OEM # ...I haven't used the OEM# because the computer is working fine and hope I will never need itThe Hardware and software specifications were as advertised.Received the product in a brown box that said dell but no other dell literatureThe product works well was easy to set up it is a nice computerProduct came a day early

Wow. What a GREAT machine. I was astounded to get a 1 TB SSD and 32 GB of RAM for under $700. Being an OptiPlex it can use Dell Command | Update, which is infinitely better than Dell SupportAssist. The 12th Gen Intel processor also avoids the known issues with Gen 13-14. It's fast, quiet, reliable and I love it!

This product is not worth the money. I purchased this a month ago..a month and 1 day ago and it crashed on the 31st day. Needless to say I am out of 700 bucks and have to start all over.

my new computer is so much faster than anything I've had in the past. I have a wireless keyboard and wireless mouse, and by the time I hit print, my papers are coming off the printer I'm ecstatic how quick this computer is.

We threw away packing material or we would have returned it.As it was, we had to pay our tech for his time in getting it back up and running. We have worked with this tech for 7-8 years both at home and in our offices., and he is the one who selected this particular computer. We know he is trustworthy.

Everything was in working order, computer matches the description (best I can tell), and is significantly faster than my old computer. The SSD is very quiet, and should be more reliable than my old hard drive.
