  • Professional installation is recommended to ensure proper setup, safety, and optimal performance. Mini split ACs are not designed for DIY installation.

  • Our mini split systems have a comprehensive standard coverage with no registration required. For extended coverage, register within 100 days for a lifetime parts coverage, valid for the original owner at the registered address.

  • Seasonally clean the reusable filters, inspect the condenser and evaporator units, and keep the area around the outdoor unit clear.

3 cassette install. Not as quiet as I would have liked, you might want to pay attention to the db ratings if that’s super important. Otherwise works great at 5 months. Take your time and you can do it. Did it all by myself but I would highly recommend a helper getting the pipes thru the wall.

I installed it myself, and watched some generic YouTube videos to make sure I didn’t make. A mistake. Wi-Fi works awesome. One of my runs to an air handler, is 74 ft. Very happy with Della, and I thank them for making such a great product.

working great so far. The only thing i recomend is have a profetional install these if you know nothing about them. For a person whom doesnt know how to install this product it will be a very bad head ache. I am a profetional and even i had a little bit of hard time doing it my self. Please read the instructions and go based on them. Dont belive the comercials when they say "its so easy to install it your self" because it isnt. make sure to have a flaring tool and gages and hvac vaccum pump ready to do this the rite way.
