I purchased this mini split system last summer. The quality is great and with a little DIY research, easy to install. I had a self-induced problem programming the system to use the Android app, and tech support was fast and easily remedied my problem.It cools about 1000 sq ft in 90 deg f weather for us. Works down to 20 deg F for heating in the winter

I was tired of paying for propane to heat my RV so we decided to try installing this unit. The install was simple and it works great! I wish I would have done this upgraded long ago!

This thing rocks, I installed mine late October 2023 and it's been chugging along ever since. Heating bills are down considerably and it runs so quietly. The smart home feature has worked flawlessly since day one but that can always change. Integrates with home assistant if that is something you do too. Overall its a fun project to install if you like DIY stuff, and it really cuts down on bills. Win / Win

Worked great for one week then started to freeze up. Had my regular AC company take a look and they said the valve to the outdoor unit appears to be bad. They were unable to add or remove coolant. It is not a brand they or other local companies were wiling to support. Save your money and buy a reputable branded unit and check with you local AC company to insure they are will to support if you have issues.

This was best investment I've ever made. I put this on the wall on my porch that I've converted to a sun room. This extra space that I enclosed with plexiglass and wood and sealed with insulation stayed about 20 degrees different from out side. With a window unit and heaters. Now with the split unit it stays what ever temp I want it to be. The della split unit is so quite I have to put my ear on it to hear it run sometimes the out side unit is even quite. If you mount on outside wall that is a little thin and only a few inches thick it might give a little bit of a hum but so slight you have to want to hear it. Turbo cool or heat will cool or heat super fast. The remote is confusing really bad even with the instructions. No real video to watch on it and you can not out it on auto and set a temp. When you put it on auto which is what I use the most your temp is not settable. You can NOT set auto. Not even on the app. AUTO can not be set. I have not found anything anywhere that can tell me how to set auto. Otherwise this is perfect 👌 👠🥰. I love it.
