Mechanic said it did not fit the new distributor Cap, so he reused the last one installed with the new delphi "Cap".I ultimately installed a new distributor a few hundred miles later so; I am sure the delphi cap and rotor were right and such a tight fit they did not work well (knocking) with a worn out distibutor.

I removed cap and cleaned contact posts. Installed new rotor. My truck runs great! Pays for itself with improved gas mileage.

Purchased as a surprise for my father but he pulled up and caught me installing it. It worked perfectly. Use the stock screws. The new ones are cheap and WILL BREAK EASILY (please don’t ask me how I know).

So far, so good. Time will tell obviously. Vehicle maintenance, definitely over due for a change out. Also replaced the distributer cap with the Delphi and engine is running very well.
