Depending on the brand of faucet you have at home this replacement kits works great, in my case for Sterling faucets. I really had a hard time installing it but it was not because of this kit but rather how the faucet works. The rubber part of this kit has to be inside the hole on the faucet, so depending on the spring seat you use the rubber will come out of the hole so when you install it successfully but the rubber was not properly seated you might experienced leak.Once you fully understand how this faucet works it is very easy to install but tricky at the same time.

We have a Delta single handle faucet in our laundry room. It started leaking, drip, drip. At first we could stop the dripping by giggling the handle. Then it just kept dripping. I really didn’t want to work on it because it is at least 30 years old and I feared I wouldn’t find parts. This faucet was installed before California required flow restrictions on faucets. I took it apart and found a YouTube video of a similar looking faucet. The critical pieces were the two springs and two rubber gaskets. I ordered these parts even though they’re not OME because it seemed too simple to screw it up. It went in with a little waterproof grease and tightened it down. Be sure to align the groove on the ball with the pin in the housing. The flat side of the valve stem faces towards you. You may need to hold the plastic ring down while engaging the hold down ring as it’s suppose to engage a notch in the housing but because the springs are pushing up on the ball, the plastic registration pin does not engage when tightening the hold down ring. No dripping as I turned the water back on. Cheap fix.

These work so much better than the aftermarket brands available at places like Ace Hardware. The faucet handle works smooth as silk. Let’s see if the last longer… I have a strong feeling they will.

The seats worked but the springs that came with it was to short or to long so I had to cut one down and it did the job.

After getting cheap non-Delta seats from my hardware store & replacing them every 2 months, I bought these & and haven't had a problem.

This stopped my faucet leak while another off brand I had purchased before caused a leak only after a month. Hoping this holds up longer but so far so good. Only get authentic Delta parts!

What not to like a perfect fit in the spring water hole will last over a year with heavy on/off usage, easy to install, remove the handle screw pull the handle off, unscrew the valve Kepper, pull the valve out the hardest part, remove the cap washer and spring now do the revest order

I tried replacing the cartridge first but that did not stop the faucet from dripping. I decided to replace the spring and rubber seats with these parts and it did the job.
