Bought three and one was missing the trim ring. Waiting to see if the replacement has all the parts.

I installed three body jets as part of a full Delta shower system. This trim was nice looking. You screw in the main body and then snap the trim on.The reason for 4 vs 5 stars is I'd like to see a better snap on connection with these. When I roughed I the big brass jet bodies, I didn't have then perfectly squared, partially because the attach point is off to the side and as you screw them down, the bodies didn't exactly want to stay squared. I should have used shims and ran a square across the fronts, but I didn't because most valves have covers that install in a way to compensate for little off level issues. Well, not these! After I screwed in the main jets, the front flange of each touched my walls at a slight angles with minimal gap. But when I went to snap on the trim, they wouldn't stay on. The tiny fingers that hold them require that the jet flange isn't real tight on the wall and can't be flexed at all. So I had to back out the jets until no part was touching the wall and then snap on the trim. I caulked under the jets so they are sealed properly, but had to additionally caulk around the jet trim to fill/hid some gaps there too.So, my advice is to get the brass bodies very squared up and you won't have any issues like I did. I am still very happy with the jets though and now that it's all done, nobody will know my struggle and I'd buy these again for my next bathroom!
