I'm a Narcan Instructor for the Medical Reserve Corps and I use these when I'm giving a demonstration on how to use them. I use the Preston mannequin to practice on and it works great.

I bought these to help train medical staff, and these were excellent for that!

I teach a class on opioid overdose and naloxone several times a year to first responders. This is a great tool to allow them to practice instead of just telling them how it is used.

These are perfect for naloxone training. Anyone who is passionate about harm reduction and saving lives should have these. You can explain how to administer naloxone time after time, but this little device is worth 1000 words.

I was very excited to have these training devices, so when they came in I pulled them out of the packaging and started using them. The opioid crisis is a huge problem, so I was delighted to add a practice session for naloxone to my CPR classes. They do work well, and I'm still happy that I bought them but they are very flimsy. I don't feel that they would last long in my CPR bag without a protective case. Also, I feel that they were a bit overpriced for the quality of the items. Nonetheless, I feel that it's valuable to allow people to practice with them to help prepare them for emergencies, and I'm happy to have them.

They would be better if you could fill them with water to get a true sense of pressure for misting.
