This sharpener is made of cheap plastic, and broke within the first use. I would absolutely would not buy this kit again. Didn't even last 1 pair of skis.

Super easy to use. The little file brush does a terrific job, and the gummy stone is durable and effective. You can get just as good a tune from this as an expensive unit.

An easy way to tune your ski edges for personal use. Not sturdy enough for commercial use. I do 3 pairs of skis and it has been easy to use.

Edited to add: We have now used this edge tuner. It is easy to use and allows my husband to keep my edges as sharp as I need them depending upon the weather. I highly recommend this product!{We have not yet had a chance to use this product. It arrived mid week and we ski on the weekends. The product appears to be as described and looks as though it will work as described.}

When sit at 90° angle, zero bevel edge, the file is not at 90° to the tuner. As you can see in the photo, it underestimates the sharpening edge angle. Essentially can’t get this to 0° bevel. Taking the file in an out is very difficult with the knob locking device. Looking for a different product unfortunately.

Worked well getting worn edges back - no issue. I used it on the road so not at home with my other tools or work bench. Easy to use but having clamps to hold the ski would have helped make the job easier. Happy with my purchase. Clear instructions included.

I used the product last week first time and tuned 2 pairs of skis. Tuned a Fischer Curv race ski and a Firebird TI ski.Tuned and waxed skis turned out really well better than I expected and rode so smooth yesterday.

Fait la job mais manque de stabilité si on ne fait pas attention et ça laisse des marque sur la base. Je ne regrette pas car vient avec plusieurs accessoires.
