The Single-Sided Flexmeter Wrist Guard has a single dorsal support that sits on top of your arm and wrist. The support is strapped securely with individual straps.
  • The Flexmeter wrist protector has been designed by physicians, engineers, and trauma specialists. The wrist guard is a dorsal protection worn on the back of the wrist which disperses initial impact loads up the forearm by transferring the energy. I bought these to protect my wrists and forearms from kettlebell workouts. They are great. Anyone familiar Kettlebell exercises knows how brutal they can be when they press against your forearm or wrist. With these guards its no longer a problem for me!

I thought these were going to be more beefier then they were. The high price as well as the distorted photo makes them look huge and tough. I stead they're flimsy and very small. I almost thought they were kid sized.

I have gone through about 4 pairs so far. They work great until the elastic band around the hand comes undone from the guard. They lose their ability to work and go in the trash. A lot to spend per season, but they do a good job of not letting the wrist break.

got these for my son who snowboards, They fit well and are pretty comfortable. You will need to get the matching gloves, but they are well made and worth it. There's always someone leaving the mountain with a broken wrist, dont let it be you!
