This set of finger sponge daubers for crafting is a good value at current pricing of about fifty cents per dauber.The sponge measures just under 3/4" across and is a good size for getting a smooth blend, but still being able to be precise.One thing I noticed is that the density of the sponge material is less than other daubers I've used and these have a tendency to get a bit caught on spiky stencil edges, which I think will affed their durability. Even after using them to do one 4.25"X5.5" panel, there is some sign of wear on them. If used for a less friction-heavy task, I think the difference wouldn't be very noticeable.

You get a bag of 30 little plastic caps with a round soft sponge on the tip. The sponge is fairly porous and thin so it does seem better suited to dabbing paint than smudging with, but I'm likely going to try both. I haven't given them a go yet, but so far they seem fairly easy to use, fit comfortably on my finger, and come with enough to not have to worry about cleaning out colors as much when switching around.
