Merino Wool Roving from DHG of Italy
- Ethically sourced from sheep farms in Australia and South America that adhere to strict animal welfare regulations. All lots are Mulesing-free!
- Carefully selected for quality, then processed, combed and dyed in Tuscany, Italy by the experts at DHG (Dying House Gallery) with Oeko-Tex approved dyes which are safe for the environment. DHG's dyeing house also has certification from G.O.T.S.
- Extra Fine Merino Wool from DHG is super soft at only 19 microns.
- A favorite for beginners and experts alike for spinning, wet felting, needle felting, weaving, tapestries, arm knitting and giant knitting.
- We have done our best to display accurate colors, but dye lots may differ, and monitors may display colors differently.
- Wool is a natural product, and although this wool is exceptionally clean, there may be some bits of vegetable matter in the wool.
- Bundled and packaged in one continuous length by Desert Breeze Distributing in Idaho, USA.

I got this roving because I just started weaving on a hand loom and I wanted to use this beautiful blue wool for a sculptural look on a wall hanging.It’s so soft with a soft sheen. Easy to manipulate and I got lovely results with my very first try.10/10 would recommend

This is absolutely wonderful to spin. I have spun this in two different colors (merino). It’s easy and has a long staple length. This would be great for a beginner or an advanced spinner looking for an affordable option. 5 stars!
