I ordered this alarm with the lock , who’s is a higher price then the others, but the locking cylinder was not there. Don’t order!

Someone has already tried to install the product. The magnet was rusted. The battery was completely discharged. I should have bought a new one.

I was very disappointed to receive the door alarm with without a mortise. It’s clearly advertised to come with one. There is one in the photos. The item description says “mortise included†but that was not the case for me.

Tried to replace a door alarm with this product, but the kit does NOT include the mortise cylinder, despite the listing specifically stating that it is included. Unusable without it- there isn't any plug or cover to fill the gaping hole
