GREAT comes with key and cylinder but picture doesn’t show that I spend an extra 48 dollars on one I didn’t even need but worked great make sure read instructions while installing to get magnet right but easy install and works great

Product does exactly what it is supposed to. Really like that you need a key to shut off the alarm. Using the product on an emergency door at a warehouse. Loud enough to hear it through all 40,000 sq ft. Could not mount the small piece to metal door frame, but used some Gorilla Super glue and and it works just fine. Look up Detex EAX- 500 install on youtube to find an instructional install video. Much better than the paper instructions

I buy these for security on the back door. I get a lock for it, key the lock same as front door, and set. Works great for us

That all the devices did not all have the same key to unlock them. They will be used for safety.

The description clearly says the cam lock for the cover is keyed to #11--which I assume refers to "DT011," which is what our current units are keyed to--but the ones I received are keyed to DT020 instead. We've already got units onsite that are keyed to DT011, and management will chew me a new one if they have to carry 2 different keys.Now I have to either return these and continue the mind-numbingly painful process of trying to source EXACTLY what I need (I'm a f***ing parts guy and machinery mechanic, not a locksmith or facility maintenance!), or I'll have to call a locksmith and hope they're capable of sourcing or making the cam locks that we need (and pay out the @$$ for it!).
