I am a rather petite woman in my late 50s and I was easily able to assemble this fire pit in my kitchen and then move it out to my deck. The instructions were well-illustrated and very clear.This was the best purchase I've made all year. My friends and I love using it. We have get-togethers just to have an excuse to use it. :)Everything about the design is well-considered, and it's really attractive. It's sturdy, but lightweight enough that I can slide it anywhere I might want to place it... and that I can put it in winter storage by myself. It's easy to clean out the ashes. There's good air flow from the bottom, but minimal drop-out, and the included grate keeps logs burning better.Using it on a deck, it was important to me that it had a screen cover; it was a bonus to have the lifting tool included. I like that we'll be able to continue to gather on the deck through the fall season because of the warmth.Great value for the price!

Super easy to assemble, interlocking makes it sturdy. The look of stone is nice considering it's all metal. The ledge around the fire helps with making smores.

The metal is a little flimsy, but once it’s all put together, it’s rather sturdy. I can’t imagine it lasting years but for this price, it’s perfect for a throw together in the backyard. I also have to say that anybody who said this takes two hours to put together must either not have fingers or has never seen an Allen key in their life. I didn’t even bother looking at the instructions and it was in my backyard with wood in it in 30 minutes. Super simple to put together everything is even pre-drilled and threaded.

I purchased this fire pit as a Christmas present for my son, and it has truly exceeded all our expectations. Easy to assemble and it looks great! Not sure how it will hold up but only time will tell. I do love the look and the process was great!

So, all items arrived in good condition. Every part was individually sealed in plastic. Instruction booklet good. BUT it took way too long to assemble because of two issues with the 36 screw in bolts:1. The holes for the bolts in the legs were not made properly. It was very difficult to get the bolts to start into these holes!!!!2. The allen wrench did not easily fit into the bolts. Had to use two hands just to get the allen wrench end inserted into the head of every bolt, and even then it was a challenge.I watched the clock. It took me an extra hour messing around with the allen wrench and bolts!Final result looks good and solid.

Looked at a few other fire pits. It was about $30.00 more than I wanted to spend but was far the better qaulity. Was easy for two to assemble no problems lining up the screws like the other reviews on other fire pits.
