Likes: Lightweight. Batteries easy to change, charge and monitor. Built-in task light. This tool is far more handy in my tasks than my old air wrench, but does everything I need. Dislikes: None, so far. I use the product just to maintain my personal vehicles and equipment, but I imagine it would serve the needs of a small commercial shop. For industrial or high-output jobs, I am aware that there are far more powerful and more expensive tools, but I have no such needs, so this fits my requirements very well, at a reasonable price. I have other DEWALT tools, so can share batteries.
